* Your NEATS User ID is not your employee ID number. Your NEATS User ID can be found in the upper-right corner of your NEATS home page after you have logged in (see image below). Your password is the same as that used in NEATS.
STATE OF NEVADA EMPLOYEES: Use the NEATS User ID assigned to you when you became an employee, not the User ID that NVAPPS assigned to you when you applied for a position before becoming an employee.

When you log into this system for the first time you will be directed to a personal profile page. Complete the required profile information taking special note of the following, then save it by clicking on the 'Update profile' button at the bottom of the page:
Please properly capitalize your name (i.e. 'John Doe' not 'john doe' or 'JOHN DOE') - certificates of completion and will print your name exactly as you enter it in your profile.
Please make sure you enter a complete and accurate email address - an incorrect email addresses result in you not receiving important messages from the system and cause system error messages.
After you save your personal profile return to the home page by selecting link titled "Nevada e-Learning Home" in the upper-left corner of the page.
Some courses are 'open enrollment' while others are restricted and require an "enrollment key." Course enrollment requirements and instructions can be viewed by clicking on the blue 'Summary' icon (
) to the right of the course name.
If you have questions about a course contact the person designated as the course "Teacher" listed in the course description.
The system will automatically log you off after 30 minutes of no activity.
