Course Overview:
This module will familiarize the student with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Programs and benefits, eligibility requirements, application process, how to obtain a Veterans Health Identification Card and how to refer customers to a Veterans Service Officer or the Veterans Administration.

Upon completion of this module the student should be able to:
- Explain VHA benefits for veterans
- Explain eligibility requirements
- Explain the application process
- Explain how to obtain a Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC)
