Course Overview:
This course will familiarize the student with the process of ordering veterans military discharges, medical and other records and military medals.
Learning Objective: Upon completing this course the student should be able to:
- Explain how to access and complete the online request
- Explain how to access, complete and submit a paper application
- Explain records available at the National Archives
- Explain records lost in the 1973 fire at the NPRC
