DWSS NVKIDS System Training: Customer and Employer Portals (WBT)

This online tutorial provides an overview of the Customer and Employer Portals as well as the Customer Portal Website Information (CPWI) and Employer Portal Website Information (EPWI) screens and processes in the NVKIDS application. In this training you will continue the customer service portion of the General Case Management and Customer Service instructor-led training and WBT. This tutorial consists of 9 lessons that will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
