If you have previously completed any professional development courses on NVeLearn but did not download your Certificate of Completion, please do so now and ensure that your agency SPOC (single-point-of-contact) receives a copy so it can be entered into your P.O.S.T. training record.

Password is required to take this exam.  Time to complete this exam is two hours.

POST First Line Supervisor Program Exam is for students who have completed the POST First Line Supervisor Program (80 hours).  This exam requires an 80% or better grade. Upon successful completion of the exam, print your certificate. For Nevada sworn peace officers to receive POST credit, give the certificate (or a copy) to your agency single-point-of-contact so that the credit for this course can be reported to POST and added into your training record.

POST State Certification exams are for Nevada peace officers in sworn positions. These exams may not be taken by a person who is not employed by a State of Nevada Law Enforcement Agency as a peace officer. Also, an officer who holds a POST Certificate may not take the state exam for the same category for which they are already certified. The State Certification exam will be null and void if taken by a person who meets either of these two conditions.

A Password is REQUIRED to take any of these state certification exams.

Welcome to the POST PPRT Administrator Course. This section contains course study materials and evaluations to accompany the instructor-led practical exercise and final examination portion of the course sponsored by POST.  This course cannot be completed by online/independent study only.

If you are already a certified "PPFT Administrator," you do not need this course. You will already have a certificate of completion from the POST "PPFT Administrator Certification Course" that bears a 5 digit Administrator number. (ie: #22-007)  The new PPRT course is a name change only and does not change your certification, authority or responsibilities.

In order to enroll, please submit the PPRT Administrator Nomination form to Training Specialist Mike Hayhurst via email to mhayhurst@post.state.nv.us .  You will be notified of your approval and enrollment in the course. The agency nomination form can be found on the POST website or by clicking here.

Once you are enrolled, complete the online portion of the course. Once you have completed the online portion of the course, email Bre Gatlin at bgatlin@post.state.nv.us to receive instructions for scheduling the practical exercise activity and the final examination.  Upon successful completion of the entire course, your Administrator's Certificate will be sent to you via email.
