Part 2 – Performance Evaluations – Starting a Performance Evaluation.  The Supervisor’s Role,  The Work Performance Standards,  Job Elements, Giving yourself enough time, and Narratives.

Part 3 – Performance Evaluations – Finishing up the Performance Evaluations.  Rating Job Elements, Rater’s Comments, Goals and Objectives, Setting the Meeting, Follow up and Reflection on how you did.
