Course Overview:
The AP Payments online course includes two essential transactions used to pay a vendor for goods or services received by a Department - Commodity-Based Payment Request (PRC) and General Accounting Expense (GAX). These two transactions will replace the Payment Voucher (PV) or Easy Payment Voucher (PVE) in the prior system. This course is geared towards financial end-users from all departments who currently manage Vendor payment actions in ADV2.1.

How to Enroll: This is an Open Enrollment course in which the student will have a period of 30 calendar days from the initial log-in to complete the entire course.
