The new CORE NV system provides comprehensive functionality for managing fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
Because of the new features available in the CORE NV system, designated staff will be able to record and review key updates on individual Fixed Assets.
In this training video, you see how to manage fixed assets in the CORE NV system by adjusting values, modifying records, and cancelling a fixed asset.
You will see how to enter the Fixed Asset Increase Decrease, Fixed Asset Modification, Fixed Asset Cancellation transactions, and how to review fixed asset records using the Fixed Asset Registry Header and Fixed Asset Transaction History inquiry pages.
This course is not intended to teach accounting principles or Department business practices. This course will only instruct participants on using CORE.NV for Fixed Asset Management functionality specific to Phase 1A.
