CORE.NV Agreement Services (NDOT)

This course provides an overview of the Agreements process for the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT). Participants navigate the system and practice completing Agreement-related transactions.

After completing this course, each participant will be able to:

  • Define the primary transactions used to create and manage Agreements for NDOT in CORE.NV for the Phase 1C release.
  • Create the five Agreement flows, configured for NDOT in CORE.NV for the Phase 1C release.
  • Use inquiry pages to research Agreement-related information.
  • Understand where to access key CORE.NV tools and resources.

This course is not intended to teach accounting principles or Department business practices. This course will only instruct participants on using CORE.NV for Chart of Account functionality specific to Phase 1C.
