  • Identify the differences between misconduct and work performance issues.
  • Learn the differences between Sworn and Non-Sworn rights and discipline.
  • Understand the employee’s requirement to cooperate with interview/interrogations.
  • Discuss role of an employee representative during an Administrative Investigation.
  • Review case law related to Administrative Investigations.
