Description:
This course was designed to provide training on the Division's Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Confidentiality Standards. It is required training for all Aging & Disability Services Division workforce members.
Enrollment:
This course is available from July 1st to the second to the last work day in June annually. The course is inaccessible on the last work day of June for report generation.
There is no enrollment key for this course.
Requirements:
This training is required for all new ADSD workforce members within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter for all employees. All screens must be viewed to obtain credit for this course. Follow the instructions at the end of this training to receive full credit.
