Overview: This course is designed to provide guidance to ADSD workforce members regarding the requirement to ensure the Division has effective communication capabilities.
You will be able to:
1. Understand the various definitions associate with the ADA and applicability to your job duties.
2. Understand the meaning of effective communication capabilities.
3. Understand how to assist people who require auxiliary aids or services for effective communication.
