This courses discusses the Red Flag Law that went into effect 1/1/2020 and the roll that Law Enforcement plays.
Course Requirements: This course is part of the DPS mandatory training requirements. A Legal Updates class is required every 2 years. You must not have previously taken this course for the year, and you must have permission from your supervisor to complete this course.
Minimum Passing Score: 70% on the Final Exam
Credit Hours: In-Service credit
