This courses discusses understanding racial profiling and how it affects lives and/or the lives of those around them. It will develop awareness of bias and how to utilize procedural justice. Procedural justice will assit in acknowledgment of bias and how to reduce bias-based policing.

Course Requirements: This course is part of the mandatory yearly training requirements per AB478. You must not have previously taken this course for the year, and you must have permission from your supervisor to complete this course.
Minimum Passing Score: 70% on the Final Exam
