Handling Complaints: The Nursing Mother Request or Retaliation provides an overview of the State of Nevada procedure when an employee requests an accommodation as a nursing mother and/or a complaint is filed regarding such a request.

Time to complete - 45 minutes (approximately)

Minimum passing score - 70% on the exam. If a passing score is not achieved, the course must be retaken.

Course Overview

The Continuous Improvement course gives a brief history of the continuous improvement concept, explains the basics of waste in the office environment, describes the SIPOC diagram, and defines value added/non value added/non value added but necessary concerning steps in a process. This is a general development course, meaning any state employee can take this course with approval from their supervisor.
