HIPAA and Confidentiality Awareness
Description:
This course was designed to provide training on the Division's Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Confidentiality Standards. It is required training for all Division of Health Care Financing & Policy workforce members.
Enrollment instructions and the course enrollment key will be provided by the HIPAA Privacy Officer.
Requirements:
All screens must be viewed to obtain credit for this course. Follow the instructions at the end of this training to receive full credit.

This course is designed for DWSS Partner's that have a need to access and view medical and interface information in the AMPS System. This course provides a demonstration and practice accessing and navigating the system. It contains an overview of the basic screens in AMPS focusing on medical information.
Civil Rights & Advance Directives Training Description:
This course was designed to provide training on the Division's obligations to uphold and monitor Civil Rights & Advance Directives regulations. It is required training for all Division of Health Care Financing & Policy employees.
Enrollment instructions and the course enrollment key will be provided by the Recipient Civil Rights Officer.
