Course Overview

This course will help you develop an effective method for making decisions. Based on the Book "Smart Choices - A Practical Guide To Making Better Decisions", the course outlines the PrOACT process, 5-step model for:

  1. Accurately and clearly defining the Problem;
  2. Defining your Objectives;
  3. Defining Alternative solutions;
  4. Evaluating possible Consequences;
  5. Identifying and evaluating Trade-offs.

Upon completing this course you will be able to apply the PrOACT decision-making method to make more effective decisions for any challenge you may be faced with.

Minimum Passing Score: There is no exam for this course.
