Course Overview: The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is undergoing an organizational transformation effort to modernize processes and offer more services online. The DMV Transformation Effort (DTE) is the name of this project. Members of the DTE and Organizational Change Management (OCM) team host Office Hours, sessions during which staff are invited to learn about updates and ask questions related to DTE. Each session consists of a presentation of topics, followed by question & answer (Q&A). Every month the presentation contains different content and topics.
