Overview: The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is undergoing an organizational transformation effort to modernize processes and offer more services online. The DMV Transformation Effort (DTE) is the name of this project. As part of one of the largest releases to date, Non-Fleet Registration Release 1 is due to occur in August 2024, starting with 2 DMV pilot offices. Members of the DTE and Organizational Change Management (OCM) team hosted Question and Answer (Q&A) sessions during which staff in the Elko and East Sahara pilot offices were invited to learn about the online solution for Non-Fleet Registration and ask questions related to the roll out of this release. A total of 8 Q&A sessions were held virtually to ensure office coverage, provide opportunity for staff to engage with program experts, and ask questions. The recordings to all 8 sessions are included in this module. The presentation of the content is the same in all 8 sessions. What differs are the questions that staff asked at the end of the presentation, which is captured during the last 10-15 minutes of each session.
