Course Overview: The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is undergoing an organizational transformation effort to modernize processes and offer more services online. The DMV Transformation Effort (DTE) is the name of this project. In this self-paced course, learn about the updates to Turbo Titles and Rapid Registration and high-level end-to-end overviews of these transactions. Some of the version 1 content may be familiar to learners, with an emphasis on the latest available features.

- Review how to process a Turbo Title and Rapid Registration transaction
- Understand the updates to Turbo Title and Rapid Registration
- Learn about the intake process of exemptions and plate requests
- Work through hands-on exerciese of these changes
